1. Store Operator & Acceptance

Jolvexqira™ is operated by Hefei Yiduoyi Technology Service Co., Ltd. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator.

By using the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and applicable store policies. If you do not agree, do not submit an order or use the services.

2. Eligibility

To purchase independently, you must be at least 18 or have reached the legal age required for a binding purchase agreement where you live. Otherwise, use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Customer Accounts

Where accounts are available, provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Construction, finishes, compatibility, and included components vary by listing.

Colors may differ with photography, lighting, and display settings. Measurements and weights may have reasonable variation.

5. Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the listed items. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean final acceptance.

Orders may undergo payment, inventory, and fulfillment review. We may decline or cancel an order because of:

• Suspected fraud or abusive activity.
• Unavailable inventory.
• Material pricing or product-information errors.
• Legal or shipping restrictions.
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment was collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are in USD unless another currency is clearly shown. Checkout displays product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final total before payment.

By supplying payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the method and authorize the applicable charge. See Payment & Security for further information.

7. Processing & Shipping

Normal processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and necessary verification, or up to 5 business days during busy periods.

Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Arrival dates are estimates. Shipping options and charges appear at checkout. See the Shipping Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to return conditions.

After an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Payment providers may need additional posting time.

No restocking fee applies. Shipping-cost treatment depends on the return reason. See the Return & Refund Policy.

9. Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly. Report damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos of the item, issue, packaging, and shipping label.

Confirmed issues attributable to us receive an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution without additional costs caused by our error.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch starts.

No cancellation fee applies when cancellation succeeds before fulfillment.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Offers may have expiration dates, eligibility rules, minimum amounts, exclusions, availability limits, usage limits, or other stated conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or combined. Apply discounts before completing checkout.

12. Product Use & Care

Use products for the purposes described in their listings and follow product-specific care and safety instructions.

Use desktop supports and reading accessories on stable surfaces and follow stated size or load limits. Keep paper products dry and avoid excessive heat or unsuitable chemicals.

Keep small detachable parts and packaging away from young children. Where an item has electrical components, follow the listed power, setup, and safety requirements.

Descriptions do not create an unstated guarantee of device compatibility or a particular service life.

13. Bulk Purchases & Resale

Contact us before unusually large, wholesale, or commercial-resale orders so availability and terms can be confirmed.

Purchasing for resale does not authorize you to represent yourself as an official Jolvexqira™ distributor, agent, partner, or authorized retailer without prior written permission.

14. Intellectual Property

Branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, and other protected content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by the operator.

Do not copy, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission except as applicable law allows. No intellectual-property ownership is transferred by visiting the store or purchasing an item.

15. Reviews & Customer Content

You are responsible for ensuring submitted reviews, photographs, and comments are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe others’ rights.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it to operate, promote, and improve the store, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, misleading, infringing, irrelevant, or sensitive personal content.

16. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud or unlawful activity.
• False or unauthorized payment information.
• Interference with website security, operation, or availability.
• Malicious code or unauthorized access.
• Unauthorized collection of other users’ information.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation with Jolvexqira™.

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders, or take other reasonable action when prohibited conduct is identified.

17. Third-Party Services & Links

The store may rely on e-commerce, payment, shipping, analytics, communication, and other providers, including Shopify where used. Third-party products, services, content, availability, and data practices may be governed by their own terms and policies.

18. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Delays or failures may result from severe weather, natural disasters, carrier or transport interruptions, labor disruptions, government restrictions, infrastructure failures, provider outages, or similar events.

We make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and provide an appropriate solution. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

19. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, a transaction, or product use.

Nothing excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that law does not allow to be excluded or restricted.

20. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and purchases are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections based on the transaction or customer’s location.

Contact support first so both parties can attempt resolution in good faith. This does not prevent either party from exercising available legal rights or remedies.

21. Severability & No Waiver

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it or another provision later.

22. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when services, practices, technology, policies, or requirements change. The current version will be posted with its revision date.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted applies to that transaction.
